Shipping

We aim  to ship all items within five working days. Usually orders are shipped 1-3 business days after purchase.

UK buyers - please allow 1-3 days for delivery from the date of purchase. Items will be sent via Royal Mail (First Class) Delivery - Delays are possible due to COVID-19

International buyers - Items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail Delivery. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery dependent on your location. - Delays are possible due to COVID-19

Generally, EU customers can expect delivery in 3-5 days, US/Canada/Australia in 7-10 days and rest of the world between 10-14 days. - Delays are possible due to COVID-19 and BREXIT

All items are securely wrapped and all precautions are taken to ensure the items reach you in mint condition

Please note that standard shipping for UK and International Delivery are not trackable, but shipping upgrades are available to include Next Day UK Delivery and Tracked International Delivery.  Please email before ordering to be advised of the cost of shipping upgrades.

When ordering for collection please email studio@kelechnekoff.com to arrange a time for collection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 If you are unhappy with your item and it is still in the original condition it was sent to you in, please email us and we can see if we can work something out.
If you would like an exchange, you'll need to return the item back in its original condition.
