Welcome to B-Valley: Exploration, the third and final part of our empowering pole dance workshop series crafted especially for plus-size individuals. This session is dedicated to the art of movement, musicality, and self-expression, providing an open and inclusive space for everyone from absolute beginners to those with some experience.
Dive into the rhythm and flow of pole dance as we explore body waves, floorwork, and musicality. Discover how to connect your movements with music, enhancing your dance experience and personal expression.
To end the session, unleash your creativity in a guided freestyle session with prompts specially created for this workshop. Find your unique style in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
While we recommend having completed three beginner classes for the best experience, it’s not mandatory—everyone is welcome!
At B-Valley, we prioritize community and camaraderie. Join a welcoming space where we learn from and uplift each other, celebrating every achievement together.
Safety and Comfort: Kneepads are strongly recommended to protect your joints during floorwork, and pole heels are optional for those who wish to experiment with their look and style.
Pre-requisite: 3 Beginners classes.

- Bottle of water
-Face cloth
- Yoga mat (optional)
Please do not moisturise ahead of this session as it can make the poles slippery and dangerous. No hand cream, no body oils or moisturisers used 24hrs prior to the session.
